As far as the jpg....everyone who blogs can put up their jpg. This is the first time a "behind the scenes" blogger has put up a picture though, the consequence being that everyone who ever blogged "behind the scenes" now has that picture up. It's temporary.

Loved the articles, especially the one about fear. We all have it, even those in the top tier of our profession, but it's easy to forget that and think it's just me.
